Willie and Arnold live on a beautiful white cloud in the sky, and they can't wait to become the best water droplets they can be. At Storm School, the friends learn everything water droplets need to know: how to sing on windowpanes, dance on umbrellas, make hail . . . and, of course, create rainbows.
